1. Website information
MHGrad provides this website for general information about courses, projects, training, and contact routes. Course pages describe the intended learning experience; dates, availability, fees, delivery details, and outcomes are confirmed before enrolment.
2. Enrolment and payment
An enquiry is not an enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed only after MHGrad and the learner or organisation agree the relevant course or training scope, schedule, fee, payment steps, and applicable terms. Do not send payment details by email unless MHGrad gives you a secure, agreed route.
3. Learning experience
Courses are educational and project-first. They do not guarantee employment, revenue, a promotion, a particular automation result, or production deployment. Learners are responsible for their own decisions, tools, accounts, data, and review of any output.
4. Responsible use
You must not use a course, project, or workflow to violate law, privacy, confidentiality, security, intellectual-property rights, or the policies of your organisation. Do not upload confidential information to a tool unless you have permission and have assessed the relevant terms and controls.
5. Project materials
Each participant keeps responsibility for content they bring and for how they use a project after the course. Do not copy another participant’s private materials. MHGrad may provide templates or teaching materials for the enrolled learner or organisation; do not redistribute paid or private materials without permission.
6. Changes and cancellations
MHGrad may adjust a schedule, trainer, delivery format, or project brief when reasonably needed. If a material change affects your booking, MHGrad will communicate the available options. Refund eligibility and transfers are described in the refund policy and the enrolment confirmation.
7. Accuracy and links
MHGrad aims to keep this website accurate but does not promise that every page is complete, uninterrupted, or current at every moment. External links are provided for context; their content and policies are controlled by their operators.
